Aerospace Tooling

J Squared Design Services has experience with most types of aerospace tooling on a detail and assembly level.

Detail tool experience includes hydroform blocks, hot form blocks, hot size dies, creep form dies, super plastic form dies, composite layup tools, drill jigs, trim fixtures, vacuum trim fixtures, and chemical milling templates. Our experience has been hard won utilizing Catia V5/V6, Solidworks, and Creo Parametric.

In assembly tooling we have experience with FAJ's, drill jigs, and bonding fixtures.
